Terms & Conditions
The Legal Information
DanceRS Terms and Conditions are for participants, parents and guardians at DanceRS.
Terms and Conditions must be accepted by or on behalf of all participants as part of their participation in the classes or events held by DanceRS.
REGISTRATION
All participants must register via the online booking system. https://gymcatch.com/app/provider/1787, which can also be found on the website.
This portal system will hold important details about the customer to ensure safety and welfare, and to enable communication via email, phone or text.
Before participants can take part in any DanceRS session, they will be asked to complete a waiver form confirming that they are fit to exercise and that they accept full responsibility for participating in the class. (Please note, this form is also available in paper format.)
Booking online is recommended. Classes can get busy; there is a number limit. To ensure a space, classes can be booked through the website or through the link https://gymcatch.com/app/provider/1787
PAYMENT
All studio classes are £5 per person.
Payment can be made either through the online booking system or by cash. For cash, please select the ‘Pay at the Door’ option on the GymCatch booking.
You can purchase 10 classes for £45. These 10 sessions can be booked via GymCatch and used within a year.
For Seated DanceRS sessions, please get in touch to discuss specifications.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be offered if cancellations are made (via Gymcatch) at least 3 hours before the class starting time.
On the rare occasion that a class is cancelled, a refund will be given.

Come to class wearing normal workout clothes. Something comfortable and practical. Please wear trainers with a flat sole. Traditional tap shoes do not support the aerobic dance element of the class.
A towel and bottle of water is also recommended.

The feet beats go round the base of any hard, flat shoe and come in three different sizes.
When you enter the class, you collect your feet beats (in coloured bags) and your arm toner.

All equipment is cleaned before class.
